Ann Sutton, MBE (1935-), is a weaver, prolific writer, and active educator who specializes in the use of computerized looms. A vocal pioneer of new technology, she has ventured into innovative fabric making practices in an arena where traditional processes are usually employed. While Ann Sutton has written extensively on weaving, little has been specifically documented on her work. This is the first study to consider her career in depth.
