Order Status
We will send you an acknowledgement and confirmation of
your order, via eMail (to the address you provide when
placing your order), on the same day that your order is placed.
Depending upon the time of day that an order is received, most
orders ship-out same day, or, on weekdays, within 24 hours. If
your order will be unusually delayed for any reason, you will
receive additional notification and explanation by eMail.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from
Morehouse Farm, you may return it for exchange, credit, or
for a refund. Please let us know the reason for returning
the item, include sales receipt, your name, address and
daytime telephone number. Let us know if you would like a
refund, credit, or wish to exchange it. Unwound skeins of Morehouse Merino
yarn from your knitting projects may also be returned for
store credit. Please note:
shipping charges are not refundable.
