TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP

The fee for membership is $45.00, renewable annually on the anniversary of your enrollment date.

After purchasing your annual membership, you will receive a letter of confirmation and your membership number by eMail.

If you join now and there are other items in your shopping cart that you are ordering, your online receipt will not show the 10% discount. However, your invoice will be adjusted for the membership discount, and your credit card will be charged the discounted amount.
