the item—choose size and color from the pull-down menus at the
bottom of your screen. Then click on the grey Shopping Cart icon
and follow instructions for checkout.
Privacy Policy
Morehouse Farm Merino does not share, sell, or exchange your personal information
with other companies. Any information that you submit to us is only used
to process and fulfill your order or to respond to your questions and requests.

Shipping to Foreign Countries
Orders may be placed for shipping to U.S. or Canadian addresses only.
With the exception of Morehouse Original
Knitting Patterns (which may be ordered online and downloaded as PDF files),
we are unable to ship orders overseas.
New York State Sales Tax
All purchases shipped to addresses in New York State
are taxed according to applicable sales tax in the area
that the purchase is being shipped to.
Order Status
You'll receive eMail confirmation of your order immediately after
placing the order. You'll also receive a tracking number when the order is shipped.
If there is a delay in shipping your order, you will receive additional notification
and an explanation by eMail.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from
Morehouse Farm, you may return it for exchange, credit, or
for a refund. Please let us know the reason for returning
the item, include sales receipt, your name, address, and
daytime telephone number. Let us know if you would like a
refund, credit, or wish to exchange your purchase. Unwound skeins of Morehouse Merino
yarn from your knitting projects may also be returned for store credit.

We have done our best to display our yarn colors as accurately as possible.
But the colors that you actually see may vary slightly, depending on differences
between monitor settings and web browser characteristics.
To take the guess-work out of choosing a color, you may want to order samples of the actual
