Morehouse at Home: Placemats

When Cecalia Nelson Hurt keynoted the Hudson Valley Textile Summit in the summer of 2021, she declared that there should be wool in every room in the house.  Game on!

Yarn:  3 skeins of Morehouse Merino 3-strand worsted will make 2 placemats OR the table runner.  If you knit to gauge, you’ll also have just enough left to make 2 coasters.

Needles:  US #7 circular (you’re knitting back and forth and need to be able to work from both ends)

Size:  The pattern gives instructions for:
Coasters, approximately 4” x 4”
Placemats, approximately  12” tall x 15” wide
Table Runner, approximately 12” wide by 30” long
